All CityVerse customers receive the added benefit of free support. To assist our new customers with the
on-boarding process, we provide access to "New Customer Set-Up" videos and articles which show
them how to quickly and easily set up their application and become the masters of their project.
The initial setup and design of your processes may take from a few hours to a few days but after the
application is set up and running it may be years until you need to make any design changes.
We understand though, that there may be situations requiring additional set-up assistance beyond what is
offered with our free support. Such as setting up complex reports or forms for operations that don't
have dedicated IT professionals on staff. That is why we offer this optional Custom Set-Up package for our
customers that need a little extra help getting started.
